ChromaWay and Chromia held an internal Demo Day event on June 9th, allowing some of the projects from our Innovation Lab program to share their future plans and progress. Read on for a brief summary!
Speed Throne
This P2E and PvP racing game is designed in Unreal Engine 5 to deliver a true AAA gaming experience. The game will be free to play for beginners, not requiring any NFTs or crypto to hop in and begin playing. As players dive deeper into the game, crypto and NFTs will play an increasingly more important role. Planned game modes include Battle Mode and Time Trial.
CANDIY
This South Korean project’s name is a stylized acronym for “Can Do it Yourself with Data”. The app is a personal data intermediary service that allows individuals to manage and monetize their data. This project is already engaged in a pilot program with the Ministry of Interior and Safety in South Korea.
Flipside
Flipside offers “Disruptive Technology as a Service” by streamlining the crowdsourcing process for software developers. The project envisions itself as a one stop shop for development resources.
Fieldstream
Fieldstream is a marketing agency specializing in bringing brands into the Metaverse and creating cross compatibility between various metaverse projects. The project plans to use patent pending technologies including a neuroanalyzer and AI engine in order to create advertisements optimized for virtual environments.
Followme
Followme is a project based in Africa, with a large network of contacts on the continent. The project is planning an ecosystem designed to connect and empower creators. Areas for development include Digital ID, CV and Profile management, IP Rights management and Copyright management.
Meta Eyes
Meta Eyes is a project dedicated to Metaverse identity and design. The project plans to combine Chromia Originals with a unique AI design tool that can create unique NFT fashion accessories using simple inputs from the user. The first wearables that will be available are custom irises for your avatar, as well as eyewear accessories (hence the name!).
C4EST
Pronounced “See Forest”, this Token based DAO is dedicated to establishing and tokenizing renewable industrial tree plantations near major city centers across Europe. With severe deforestation affecting geographic regions (such as the Amazon) currently used as sources of wood, establishing new and sustainable lumber sources will be an important challenge of the 21st century.
Atomic Heroes
Atomic Heroes is an “edutainment” franchise featuring 118 characters - one for each element on the periodic table. The Atomic Heroes world features several facets, including collectible NFTs, Atomic Comics, and an upcoming trading card game. The game is being designed using Chromia Original NFTs. The creators envision the ecosystem expanding over time, culminating in a fully featured action adventure game.
Crowmie
Crowmie is a project hailing from Spain that aims to deliver a platform that streamlines retail investments into renewable energy with a particular focus on solar power. New laws in the country are mandating that large scale green energy projects offer at least 20% of their available investment allocations to the general public - Crowmie is looking to become the platform that facilitates this, later expanding to Europe and then worldwide.
Gameland
Gameland is an NFT rental program that allows players to rent out idle NFT assets to other players of games. The platform already supports Polygon, BNB Chain and Ethereum. They are planning to bring their service to the Chromia network in the future.
Patronus
Patronus is a platform that allows users to invest in young athletes by acquiring fractionalized image rights and purchasing NFTs capturing pivotal moments in their blossoming careers. The platform will begin with an emphasis upon Motorsports in their native country of Italy before expanding to encompass various sports across Europe and the globe.
NFT Printer
This project will focus on allowing NFT owners to order physical objects based on their images. In addition, users will be able to generate new NFTs by providing input into an AI generator and then license their creations. The project also plans to combine virtual and physical objects in new and interesting ways, for example, digital photo frames that use a subscription service to issue new NFT creations for display every month.

While many of these projects are still in their early development phases, we are always very interested to see what they are up to and catch a glimpse of projects that could one day become important pieces in the Chromia ecosystem.
